1. Engagement
These terms govern all consulting engagements between Profitability Predators Ltd and its clients unless a separate written agreement supersedes them.
2. Scope of Services
Services are limited to the scope defined in each engagement letter or proposal. Recommendations are advisory in nature.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate financial data in a timely manner to enable us to perform our services.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information exchanged during the engagement.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees, payment terms and cancellation policies are set out in each engagement letter.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to any claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
